From the ground up

Have you ever built a house?

Neither have we. 

I researched online and felt fairly confident until I called the builder (wonderful resource) at Finishwerks in Savage Mill, MD.

Then he gave me a breakdown on what REALLY needs to happen.

Now, I'm a little overwhelmed and freaked out. 

Construction to Perm loans?
Selection of land that is improved and/or percs?
Cost of grading and prepping a site?
Fees and Permits?
Civil Engineers and Architects?
Adaptation of houseplans to site?

And that's all before the physical stuff begins...
